Soren Sepstrup Lonkvist has a vast international leadership experience from having worked as the CEO of GE Capital, as President & CEO of the management company PI-Europe, and from providing consulting in accelerating company strategies, performing leadership/management workshops and training for global corporations.He has search, selected and promoted managers for the last 10 years, with his tools and assessment skills, he has a very high success rate finding the right manager for the right job. Soren has trained more than 4,000 executives in different leadership disciplines. At GE Capital he practiced the GAP Change model in a cross-cultural and international business environment. He has also spent time with Professor John P. Kotter, studying his work. Soren holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Administration and a Masters in Business NLP.
He is on the Board of The Danish Management Society (www.danishmanagementsociety.com) since 2009, which includes 4000 CEO’s and VP’s as members
